Legislogiq is a boutique consultancy helping organizations navigate AI regulation and emerging technology policy. As co-founder and Head of Marketing, I built the brand around a mission to translate research on common-sense AI regulation into clear narratives, intuitive systems, and digital campaigns; delivering impact across websites, white papers, and social.

As both a creative and analytical user of AI, I believe in its transformative potential and in the urgent need for guardrails to protect workers and the economy. To meet that challenge, I built Legislogiq’s digital presence from the ground up: developing a distinct identity, authoring the multi-part AI Etiquette series, and designing policy briefs and campaigns that made complex issues accessible, credible, and timely.

A peek into the logo design process.

My initial drafts of the logo leaned into the legislative aspect of the firm’s identity, using classic design elements. But because AI is a wholly new and rapidly developing field, I ultimately shifted toward a more modern, tech-forward feel with darker, more serious tones. Grounded in LegisLogiq’s mission to translate complex policy into common-sense regulation, I landed on a softer yet still bold color palette, a clean logo mark, and a modern typeface.

Design Expressions

Pairing light blue with a contrasting orange set the stage for bold graphics that minimized reliance on stock imagery. Drawing on over five years in the D.C. policy space, I knew to instead focus on the firm’s strong research, highlighting clear data points and a bipartisan approach to AI regulation.
